Participate in our Pilot Program

Attention Small to Mid-Sized Cities: Is your city interested in reducing the cost of managing city service and simplifying constituent communications? If so, then your city may be eligible to participate in our pilot program for the first implementation round.

Participating cities will receive:

• Online citizen portal
• Customized workflow management software
• Full set-up and implementation
• Comprehensive training sessions
• Free annual service subscription
• Pilot package valued at over $100k
  
  

Participation in the program requires the following:

• Support from city management and leadership
• City staff time for developing and planning sessions
• Advertising and marketing materials throughout the city to ensure high visibility and a strong resident user base
• Participation fee (20% of annual subscription, the remaining 80% is subsidized by grants)
